Shipping & Returns
We aim to ship your order within 2-4 working days. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email which includes a tracking number for you to check the delivery status of your item.

What happens if I miss the delivery?
Some deliveries require a signature. In order to ensure you do not miss the delivery, you can check the progress of you package via the tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If you are unable to be at home when receiving the delivery, the courier company will leave instructions on what to do next.
Tax & Duty
Tax and/or duty may be added to your parcel upon delivery depending on the country. These charges are necessary to release your order from customs and will not be paid for by Atlas the Brand. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Some Atlas the Brand products are shipped from outside the UK and Europe.
How do I return my item?
If you are not happy with your order, Atlas the Brand will offer you a refund of the value paid on any item(s), that is returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order (28 days for international customers). Once Atlas the Brand receives the unused item in the original packaging, the money will be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase. This can take up to 10 working days. Atlas the Brand will not cover the shipping cost for return items.
Please note we do not refund the cost of shipping for the initial order. In the rare event that your item has arrived faulty please contact us via any of the emails below.
